since November, 1999, Festal Creations (formerly Oakwood Publications
which was founded in 1987 and specialized in publishing books
about Orthodox Icons) offers an excellent variety of items for
both the Eastern and Western Christian communities world wide.
Our aim has always been to provide the beauty of traditional
Christianity at affordable styles and prices.
Our
merchandise includes excellent lapel/blouse pins that can double
as tie tacks. Each pin comes with strong butterfly clasps. Some
of the same pin designs are also offered as pendants. All pins
and pendants make useful and inexpensive mementos, awards, or
gifts for Sunday Schools, remembrances, anniversaries, baptisms,
wedding receptions, etc. We also have recognition pins for Ushers,
Choir members, Altar Servers, Readers, and Parish Council members
as well.
All
our pins and pendants are cloissone-type, made out of soft enamel,
and are true to the traditional canons of color. Our Gold and
Silver items are plated over base metal. Chains are available
for the pendants.
We
also offer Russian silk screened, wood mounted Icons, as well
as books, bookmarks, keychains, items for the car, wall/pectoral
crosses, visor clips, colorful nightlights and suncatchers.
